Your Flyover experience begins with check-in at your scheduled time, followed by two pre-show experiences lasting approximately 6–8 minutes, which introduce the story and setting of your journey.
After a short safety briefing, you’ll move into the main ride, where you’ll be lifted in front of a large spherical screen and immersed in breathtaking footage. The flying ride lasts approximately 8–10 minutes and features motion seating combined with sensory elements like wind, mist, and scents.
The full experience lasts approximately 25–30 minutes, with multiple stages that bring the story to life.
We recommend allowing 40–60 minutes for a single feature or approximately 90 minutes for a double feature, giving you plenty of time to check in, enjoy the experience, unwind in our café and browse our retail offerings.
Please note: Experience lengths may vary slightly depending on the film.
Experiences run throughout the day, with showtimes typically starting every 15–30 minutes during operating hours.
Yes! Flyover is designed to be enjoyed by guests of all ages, and some of our most enthusiastic visitors are both young children and seniors. For safety reasons, all guests must meet our minimum height requirement of 102 cm (40 in) to ride.
For safety reasons, all riders must be at least 102 cm (40 in) tall to participate.
Industry guidelines advise that pregnant individuals should not participate in motion rides. Although Flyover is a gentle motion experience, we follow these guidelines and recommend that expectant mothers refrain from riding.
Flyover is designed to be a gentle and enjoyable experience for a wide range of guests. However, as it is a motion ride with immersive visual effects, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Guests with certain conditions—such as chronic back or neck pain, heart conditions, photosensitive epilepsy, or sensitivity to flashing lights and visual stimulation—should not participate or should do so at their own risk.
If you have any concerns, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider in advance. Our team is also happy to help answer questions so you can make an informed and comfortable decision.
Most guests—including those who occasionally experience motion sensitivity—find the ride comfortable. However, a small number of people may feel discomfort due to the motion simulation or height.
If you are particularly sensitive to motion sickness or have a strong fear of heights, you may want to consider this before booking. If you’re unsure, our team would be happy to help you decide if the experience is right for you.
Yes—Flyover is wheelchair accessible, with options for both transferring and stationary viewing.
To participate in the ride, guests must be able to transfer from their wheelchair to the ride seat independently or with the assistance of a companion. If transferring is not possible, guests can still enjoy the experience from a stationary position on the ride platform, accompanied by one of our team members.
While there is no admission fee for a companion accompanying a paying guest who uses a wheelchair, the companion still requires a ticket. Please call us at +354.527.6700 to reserve your visit and redeem the complimentary companion ticket.
Please Note: Due to safety regulations, there is a maximum number of wheelchairs permitted per experience time, so we recommend contacting us in advance to reserve your preferred time.
The Flyover experience involves standing for approximately 20–30 minutes, as well as using stairs at certain points.
If you anticipate difficulty with standing or stairs, please let one of our team members know upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you by providing seating at select points and minimizing the number of stairs required. Elevators are also available to help you access different areas of the experience.
There is no weight limit for the Flyover experience.
Our seats are similar in size to standard economy airline seats, measuring approximately 53 cm (21 inches) wide, with seatbelts up to 157 cm (62 inches).
If you have any questions or concerns about seating, please let one of our team members know at check-in—we’ll be happy to assist.
